The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and order pickers to facilitate the movement of goods. Manage inventory control accurate counting and record keeping Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks to load and unload products efficiently. Assist in packaging and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals while adhering to safety protocols. Support the managers in overseeing daily activities and training new associates as needed. Able to commute to multiple warehouses - Marysville and Kent. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with familiarity in inventory management and distribution processes. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is beneficial.
