Warehouse ManagerJob Description We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to assist in supervising the receipt, dispatching, ordering and storage of merchandise within our warehouse. The warehouse manager will manage a team in picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. They will provide oversight, training, and evaluation of staff. They will also relay information to the management team so problems can be dealt with efficiently. To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes profits while respecting other teammates. Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, ordering and distribution operations.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring the safety of staff.
• Hiring, motivating, directing and disciplining staff.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Make highest/best use of limited time.
• Excellent delegation skills are required.
• Complete any other tasks that improve the Company.

Requirements and Skills:

2+ years of warehouse management experience. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and delegation skills. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Valid drivers' license. Ability to operate forklift effectively. Proficient computer skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Aptitude and willingness to learn. Available to work extended hours.
