As a pivot in our logistics operations, you will coordinate with various teams to uphold service levels across all stages of the supply chain. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations within the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of services. Manage relationships with customers, handling queries and providing solutions in a timely manner. Coordinate with warehouse and fleet management to optimize supply chain resources. Implement strategic operational changes to improve productivity and efficiency. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and support to logistics staff. Ensure compliance with safety and logistics regulations.
