Inventory Control Manager Falk Plumbing Supply, Arkansas Welding Supply, Tool Source Arkansas Welding Supply, Falk Plumbing Supply & The TOOL Source is looking for an experienced and analytical Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control efforts across our branch network. What You'll Do Oversee inventory control processes across all branch locations. Manage cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions. Monitor inventory accuracy, valuation, and turnover. Identify and develop strategies to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Coordinate defective and damaged product returns with vendors. Manage customer and vendor consignment inventory programs. Monitor open and backordered sales orders and work with Purchasing and Operations to resolve aging orders. Develop inventory dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management. Analyze inventory trends, carrying costs, inventory turns, fill rates, and service levels. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve inventory processes. Develop standardized inventory management practices across branch locations. Assist with ERP system improvements and inventory-related projects. Work closely with Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Branch Managers. Provide inventory training and guidance to branch personnel. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, purchasing, or supply chain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Candidates should be comfortable analyzing large datasets, using conditional formatting and data validation. Excel proficiency may be evaluated through a practical skills assessment.
