Warehouse & Logistics Manager Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing local company in Hot Springs National Park, AR, and is currently seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join their team! This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, improving processes, and taking pride in maintaining an efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be a working leader who is comfortable managing daily operations while also performing hands-on warehouse duties.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)

Full-Time What You'll Do:

As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and supervising warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain inventory using established warehouse procedures Ensure products are accurately labeled, stored, and easily accessible Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition of materials Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with annual physical inventory Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Process domestic and international shipments using: UPS WorldShip FedEx Ship Manager USPS (preferred) Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and customs paperwork as needed Coordinate freight shipments, including LTL and palletized shipments Track outgoing shipments and assist with resolving carrier issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Supervise and provide direction to warehouse personnel

Qualifications:

3+ years of warehouse operations experience preferred Previous experience with shipping and receiving processes Experience using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager preferred Strong computer skills in a Windows PC environment Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and safely move inventory Comfortable working in a warehouse environment year-round Why Apply?
