As Technology Demand & Capacity Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Operations Department supporting demand intake, capacity planning, and financial management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Chandler, AZ (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week) Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion What's the Job? Manage end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for Internal Cloud Platform services. Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints. Own the demand management process, including intake criteria, reporting cadence, and backlog maintenance. Analyze intake requests, model capacity impacts, and integrate demand data into planning and governance workflows. Collaborate with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans. What's Needed? 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services. Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery tradeoffs. Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns. Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What's in it for me?
