The ideal candidate is to lead end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain projects, driving successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous process improvement across procurement, planning, manufacturing, and logistics functions.

Rate Range:

APIs, and middleware tools. Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability from aircraft-level requirements through design, manufacturing, software development, and hardware verification. Administer and configure IBM ELM Suite components, including DOORS Next Generation, EWM, ETM, Rhapsody, GCM, and JTS, while maintaining system performance and availability. Support

compliance by creating traceability, verification, and validation workflows, and preparing audit-ready compliance reports. Develop automation scripts, dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve lifecycle management, change control, defect tracking, and engineering productivity.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience supporting engineering lifecycle management, systems engineering tools, or enterprise software platforms. Strong hands-on expertise with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM/Jazz), including DOORS Next Generation, EWM, ETM, Rhapsody, GCM, and JTS administration and configuration. Proven experience integrating IBM ELM with PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE) and developing integrations using
