Downtown Los Angeles About the Role Jewels Connection Inc. is seeking an experienced & highly organized Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing inventory, supervising inventory personnel, & ensuring accuracy, security, & efficiency across all inventory-related processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong inventory management experience who thrives in a high-security environment, understands the importance of accuracy in the jewelry industry, & is looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee & manage the company's inventory system, ensuring accurate tracking of all products, materials, & finished goods
- Supervise and schedule inventory staff; manage daily labor needs & productivity
- Conduct & oversee regular cycle counts, audits, & reconciliations
- Coordinate inbound & outbound shipments
- Manage vendor scheduling, deliveries, & inventory-related communications
- Enforce company policies & procedures; inventory control, security, & compliance
- Perform & oversee security checks for personnel entering & exiting the facility
- Monitor inventory shrinkage, discrepancies, & loss prevention efforts
- Collaborate & assist with finance, accounting, & sales functions related to inventory
- Maintain accurate records for inventory movements, shipments, & transactions
- Prepare inventory reports and analysis for management
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of jewelry & precious materials Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in wholesale, jewelry industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems, cycle counting, & reconciliation
- Experience managing & supervising staff
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, & vendor coordination
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent organizational & time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a high-security, high-value inventory environment
- Proficient in inventory software systems & Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Ability to enforce policies & maintain accountability across teams This is a full-time position with Jewels Connection Inc.
