System Management:
Maintain 99% or higher inventory accuracy within the ERP platform.Auditing:
Ensure compliance with Safran Standards of cycle count accuracy and completeness. Design and execute a continuous cycle-counting program and lead annual physical inventory audits.Discrepancy Resolution:
Investigate root causes of stock discrepancies, overages, and shortages, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Optimization:
Analyze supply levels and warehouse layouts to improve picking efficiency and storage density. Supply Chain & OperationsVendor Coordination:
Collaborate with procurement and vendors to adjust minimum/maximum stock levels and resolve backorders.Order Fulfillment:
Ensure inbound/outbound shipments align with carrier deadlines and meet customer needs.Reporting:
Generate daily and weekly reports on inventory valuation, stock turns, and slow-moving items for upper management.Daily Operations:
Perform daily management of logistics functions, including performance tracking in support of internal and external customer requirements. Develop and document work procedures, prepare work schedules, and ensure staffing levels are adequate to support manufacturing and planning requests. Leadership & Team ManagementStaff Supervision:
Hire, train, and manage a team of inventory control specialists and warehouse associates.Performance Tracking:
Set operational KPIs (e.g., dock-to-stock time, order accuracy) and conduct regular performance reviews.Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Local, and Company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.Continuous Improvement:
Align stockroom processes in partnership with continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing. The expected salary range for this position is between $81,250 - $127,680 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (+4 years without degree)
Experience:
- 5 or more years of progressive experience in warehouse and inventory control or logistics management
- 3 or more years of experience in a Managerial role
- Experience analyzing inventory and making adjustments to reduce cash while maintaining high levels of customer service
Computer Skill:
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (e.
Other Skills:
- Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of materials requirements planning system (MRP/ERP) requirements, purchase order and manufacturing order process, and inventory management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail.
- Lean Six Sigma experience.
- Extensive experience with Manufacturing Processes.
- Must be organized and possess time management skills as well as the reactivity to adapt to priority changes.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and lead projects required.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, both oral and written as well as strong presentation skills required.
- Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.
