We design and develop branded product, manufacture through international contract manufacturers, manage import and logistics, and sell to national and regional retailers. We operate with a lean, cross-functional team that moves product end to end, from concept and licensor approval through production, import, and retail fulfillment. Position Summary The Supply Chain Manager owns the flow of product from customer order through production, import, and delivery. This person is the central coordinator across sales, overseas contract manufacturers, the warehouse, and third-party logistics providers, and is accountable for order accuracy, production planning, import coordination, and inventory management. This is a hands-on role in a small company, with broad decision-making responsibility and no direct reports. Key Responsibilities Enter and manage customer sales orders, serving as the key point for order accuracy and fulfillment. Issue and manage purchase orders to overseas contract manufacturers. Lead production planning and coordinate schedules and timelines with factories. Coordinate directly with international contract manufacturers on production, samples, and delivery. Manage transportation and freight through third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Configure palletization for outbound orders to meet retailer requirements. Coordinate with the warehouse manager on inbound and outbound movement. Manage inventory levels, accuracy, and planning across the product lifecycle. Support import and customs coordination. Required Qualifications Strong inventory management skills. Proficiency with ERP or order-management systems. Ability to coordinate across functions in a small, fast-moving team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with retailer routing, labeling, and compliance requirements. Experience with import documentation and customs.
Pay:
