Technical Project Manager Job Number:
26-01621 Progress on your journey to success! ECLARO is currently recruiting for a Technical Project Manager in the Menlo Park, CA area for one of our clients. ECLARO's client is a leading provider of healthcare workforce software and solutions. If you're up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Manage new build deployments, expansions, retrofits, and decommissions. Create and maintain tasks related to site infrastructure creation and installation.
Assist with the procurement process:
review quotes and manage PR / approvals workflow. Track critical dates and report possible impacts to project timelines. Monitor delivery status for equipment shipments and circuit orders. Create and maintain project checklists, deployment templates, and vendor resource planning. Apply technology standards throughout the design phase and verify consistent application across the project lifecycle. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance. Assist with forecast and budget inputs.
Circuit Provisioning Services:
Manage implementation processes for POPs and DCs, verifying the accuracy of order requirements and coordinating with outside vendors, agents, and carriers. Support local voice telecommunications including POTS, Trunks, PRI, T1s, DIDs, Toll Free, Integrated Voice / Data, VoIP, fiber, POP, and data center environments. Troubleshoot potential or real service issues at Layers 1-3, initiating and supporting escalations. Turn up circuits and migrate traffic; run validation checks and conduct Operations turnover. Place and track multiple order types simultaneously, monitoring order flow across departments. Coordinate site survey, facility installation, equipment install, and LNP dates; serve as primary point of contact throughout. Track critical dates for circuit installations, equipment installation, number porting, and move targets. Manage Cancellation / Disconnect Orders and confirm service termination and billing cessation. Execute POP Builds, Hardware Augments / Moves, WAN circuit cutovers, and circuit documentation updates. Document rack elevations, new space, and circuit details in Salesforce / Gaudi and upload to Wikis.
Skills:
Circuit / Telecom Procurement experience would be a big help as well. If hired, you will enjoy the following
