As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll own fast-paced ocean and air freight operations, solve real-time logistics challenges, and collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performing team that thrives on momentum and impact. What You'll Do:

Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of ocean and air freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery from overseas suppliers to U.S. destinations. Monitor and track shipments, provide regular updates to internal teams and customers and resolve any delays or issues. Manage relationships with warehouse vendors, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, FDA/USDA/Customs requirements, and import/export laws. Analyze shipment data and costs to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Maintain accurate records in supply chain systems, ensuring real-time visibility of shipment status. Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, warehouse, and customer service, to align logistics with company needs. Address and resolve logistical challenges such as port congestion, demurrage, or FDA/USDA/Customs holds.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:

Knowledge in and/or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Prior Experience in ocean freight, logistics, or supply chain coordination, with experience in freight forwarding or import/export operations.

Knowledge of International Shipping Regulations:

Familiarity with customs regulations, international shipping documentation, and Incoterms.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Attention to

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in logistics or supply chain are advantageous. Prior experience working with customs brokers and knowledge of tariffs and import/export compliance is a plus. What We Offer
