This role collaborates daily with OR leadership anesthesia endoscopy supply chain and biomedical engineering.

Sterile Processing Senior Manager oversees an SPD that supports more than fifteen operating rooms plus endoscopy labor and delivery and outpatient surgery. The department processes hundreds of trays and case carts per day with robust decontamination assembly sterilization and high level disinfection workflows. As a CSSD Manager you will lead a team of forty plus FTEs across day evening and night with a fast paced supportive energy.

Sterile Processing Senior Manager drives clinical excellence through competency based education mentoring audits and strict adherence to AAMI ST79 and SGNA guidance. This Central Services Manager advances operational performance through staffing optimization budget stewardship vendor management and inventory control to reduce waste and partners with perioperative leaders to improve flow. The role standardizes policies ensures tray accuracy supports endoscope reprocessing and leads quality assurance to maintain compliance with HSPA formerly IAHCSMM and CBSPD standards and values
