00 per hour, plus bonus opportunity upon permanent hire Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and service-focused Service Lead to support daily transportation and logistics staffing operations within one of Florida's largest markets. As the second-largest market in the state, this role plays a critical part in ensuring exceptional service delivery to both clients and associates. The Service Lead will serve as a key operational leader responsible for managing driver assignments, maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting a diverse workforce, including Class A and Class B drivers as well as administrative personnel. This position requires a proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead daily staffing and workforce operations for transportation and logistics accounts. Manage and support Class A drivers, Class B drivers, and administrative associates. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone activity, averaging 100-200 calls per day . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and associates through consistent communication and service excellence. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account management. Coordinate employee scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage. Resolve associate and client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations. Collaborate with branch leadership and market teams to achieve operational and financial goals. Support multiple locations within a designated floating market territory. Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems. Schedule & Work Environment Monday through Friday, 4:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Will work independently for approximately the first hour each morning before additional staff arrive. Rotating weekend coverage as business needs require. Required to work one major holiday per year. Fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Qualifications Required Bilingual in English and Spanish . Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision. Positive, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude. Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a busy operational environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and act on opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth. Preferred Experience in transportation, logistics, workforce management, or staffing operations. Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance. Experience working with commercial drivers and logistics workforce scheduling.
