Akkodis is seeking a Supply Chain Processor for a Contract job with a client in San Francisco, CA . The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain operations, business analysis, and data management , with the ability to support delivery management, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement initiatives.

Rate Range:

$55/hour to $58/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Supply Chain Processor Job Responsibilities Include:

Monitor upcoming deliveries, track pOTD performance, identify delivery risks, document mitigation plans, and maintain pOTD override metrics and reporting. Prepare weekly operational reports, live summary presentations, escalation metrics, and dashboards that provide visibility into demand, supply, and delivery performance. Collaborate with Materials Managers, Supply Chain Program Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve missing commitments, address supply chain risks, and align delivery schedules. Manage project funding activities, including creating funding documents, tracking project expenditures, monitoring clawback funds, and maintaining project funding reports. Gather and document business requirements, analyze existing workflows, and support the development of future-state processes that improve operational efficiency. Perform data extraction, validation, analysis, and process automation activities using SQL while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

Desired Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of three years of experience supporting supply chain operations, demand planning, logistics coordination, business operations, or related functions. Strong experience managing operational metrics, delivery tracking, performance reporting, and supply chain process improvements. Demonstrated business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process documentation, workflow analysis, and implementation of operational improvements. Hands-on experience using SQL for data extraction, reporting, validation, and analysis within business or supply chain environments. Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience utilizing Google Workspace applications, reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization platforms to support business operations. Knowledge of project funding processes, budget tracking, financial reporting, and capital project support activities.
