Our client, a printing and graphics company, is looking for an Inventory Control Lead to join their team in Santa Ana, CA . In this role, you will maintain accurate inventory records, oversee receiving operations, and coordinate inventory movement across warehouse locations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor physical inventory and system records to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement Oversee receiving activities ensuring all incoming merchandise is properly received, counted, inspected, and reported Verify quantities received from containers, purchase orders, and company drivers and communicate findings to data entry personnel Report shortages, overages, damages, or discrepancies immediately Coordinate product transfers between Warehouse 1 and Warehouse 2 and ensure all movements are properly documented Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies including receiving errors, incorrect locations, and undocumented movements Conduct routine cycle counts and support year-end physical inventory Reallocate products from canceled or modified orders and ensure all reallocations are accurately documented in the system

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, inventory control, or receiving experience required Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems Ability to investigate discrepancies and communicate findings clearly Ability to work independently and provide direction to team members Forklift certification or experience preferred

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday | Occasional Saturdays |

Optional Sundays Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
