Job Summary:

We are partnering with a leading life sciences organization seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support Plan-to-Stock business readiness activities. Our team is looking for a professional who can coordinate change controls, controlled document revisions, change management, and training activities across cross-functional stakeholders to keep critical work moving on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Manage Plan-to-Stock change controls from initiation through closure, including tracker maintenance, follow-up on open items, and escalation of risks or delays. Coordinate controlled document revisions in CDOCS by supporting draft development, review routing, comment resolution, and approval tracking. Support change management activities by maintaining plans and trackers, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, and tracking deliverables. Track training deliverables, coordinate reviews, consolidate feedback, and help keep training development aligned to schedule.

Required:

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Hands-on experience with Change Control and/or controlled document processes in a GxP-regulated environment. Exposure to

SAP S/4HANA

is preferred. Ability to support cross-functional work across business process owners, SMEs, document owners, and other stakeholders.
