Parts Manager Job Description We are seeking a Parts & Inventory Warehouse Associate to support our parts department and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, picking, and distributing equipment parts and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset when supporting both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips. Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pull, and stage parts orders for customers, technicians, and production teams. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Maintain accurate inventory transactions within company systems. Assist customers and internal departments with parts requests and order fulfillment. Package and prepare outgoing shipments. Essential Skills Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations. Proficiency in forklift operation and parts management. Ability to manage purchase orders and cycle counting. Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred qualifications include experience in parts departments. Knowledge of agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial manufacturing. Shipping and receiving experience. Forklift certification. Experience performing cycle counts and inventory control functions. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is similar to a yard manufacturing setting, experiencing hot summers and cold winters. We foster a strong team culture and sometimes require long hours, including 12-hour shifts to meet peak demand. Shifts can vary from Monday to Saturday during peak times with hours ranging from 4:30 am to 5 pm, adjusting seasonally. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Yuba City, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
