Sign-on Bonus:

We're looking for a skilled and patient-focused provider who is confident treating pediatric patients of all ages, including children with behavioral, communication, and special healthcare needs. Based on the original job description provided by the user What You'll Do Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative care, oral surgery, pulpal therapy, sedation, and emergency treatment Educate patients and families on oral health and preventative care Treat pediatric patients with anxiety, behavioral challenges, and special needs using compassionate, evidence-based techniques Collaborate closely with medical and dental teams to ensure integrated patient care Participate in school screenings, outreach programs, and community health initiatives Support quality improvement efforts and help mentor clinical staff and students Maintain accurate, timely electronic dental records and documentation What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dental Residency Active California Dental License (or ability to obtain within one year) Current BLS, PALS, and DEA certification Passion for serving children and underserved communities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry preferred Why Join Ampla Health? $240,500.00 - $360,800.00 per year
