Responsibilities Order auto body parts, paint, and shop supplies from vendors. Source OEM and aftermarket parts as needed. Compare prices and work with suppliers to get competitive pricing. Receive, check, and organize incoming parts and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory and keep the parts area clean and organized. Make sure technicians receive the correct parts for each repair. Check parts for proper fit and compatibility with vehicles. Track backordered, damaged, or incorrect parts and follow up with vendors. Enter orders, update pricing, and maintain accurate records in the computer system. Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts. Communicate with technicians, estimators, and management about parts needs and availability. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies before they run out. Help reduce unnecessary costs, waste, and incorrect orders. Maintain good working relationships with vendors and suppliers. Follow company safety and organization standards. Qualifications Previous experience in auto body parts, automotive parts, or a collision repair shop preferred. Knowledge of auto body parts, paint products, and shop supplies. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer and inventory system experience. Ability to identify and order the correct parts for different vehicles. Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift and move parts and supplies as needed.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
