TCI Transportation is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day transportation operations, support our professional drivers, and ensure we consistently deliver safe, efficient, and dependable service. What You'll Be Doing Lead Daily Operations by overseeing dispatch activity and ensuring routes are executed safely, efficiently, and on time. Build & Develop Your Team by recruiting, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and supporting professional drivers. Drive Operational Performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and improving productivity and service. Deliver for the Customer by maintaining strong communication, resolving issues, and consistently meeting customer expectations. ️ Champion Safety & Compliance by ensuring adherence to DOT, FMCSA, Hours of Service, and company safety requirements. ️ Keep the Fleet Moving by partnering with Maintenance to address equipment needs and maximize fleet uptime. Use Technology to Drive Results through systems including Samsara, McLeod, Microsoft 365, Tenstreet, and other transportation technology. Continuously Improve safety, productivity, driver performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational execution. What You Bring Transportation, logistics, or fleet leadership experience Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and HOS regulations Dispatch and scheduling experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-moving operation A commitment to safety, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence Why Join TCI? $67,000
