Job Description

GXO Logistics is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning for complex transportation and warehousing operations. In this performance-driven, safety-focused and collaborative environment, you will own demand, inventory and capacity planning, leveraging robotics, automation and advanced analytics to optimize service, cost and efficiency. You will run S&OP routines, partner with operations, engineering and customers, and drive continuous improvement across sites. This role offers global exposure, clear career paths and the opportunity to lead innovative, data-driven logistics initiatives. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain planning across warehousing and transportation operations for key customers. Own demand forecasting, capacity and inventory planning to balance service, cost and efficiency. Develop and run S&OP routines, aligning operations, finance, IT and customer stakeholders. Use data analytics, KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive decisions. Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives using automation and digital tools. Collaborate with warehouse, transportation and engineering teams to design scalable solutions. Support implementation of new customers, sites and products with robust planning models. Coach and mentor planners, building best practices and standard work across sites. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements in planning processes. Partner with customers to understand volume trends and proactively mitigate risks and constraints.
