Supply Chain Manager (Palmetto, GA, 30268) | 08/14/26 Job Description Position Overview Tredence is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain and warehouse operations in Palmetto, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and cross-functional supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
Lead warehouse teams and ensure efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and warehouse space.
Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
Monitor inbound and outbound logistics and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Partner with procurement, transportation, operations, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
Establish and track KPIs related to warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, safety, and cost.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
Manage vendor/3PL relationships where applicable.
