We're seeking an experienced individual to lead our CarQuest store and drive success in sales, customer service, and team management. Job Summary:
As the Auto Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the CarQuest store. Your role is crucial in driving sales, maintaining inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of automotive professionals. Join us in delivering top-notch auto parts solutions and building strong customer relationships in our community.
Examples of Duties:
Oversee all aspects of the CarQuest store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand. Lead, mentor, and coach store staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge. Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. Understanding of inventory management principles and practices. Familiarity with automotive systems and components.
Skills:
Strong leadership and managerial skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service. Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Abilities:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive retail and management. Knowledge of auto parts industry and market trends. Strong leadership and communication skills.
