We are a family-owned dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. We are seeking an Assistant Parts Manager capable of smiling through the phone, and eager to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments Assist with monitoring and adjusting inventory Guarantee all parts are properly tagged Supervise parts counter and staff Supervise stock order procedures Work closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed Provides technical assistance when necessary Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Enforce safety requirements Maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications:
Technical automotive knowledge Computer literacy Good communication skills Basic understanding of inventory and reporting General Motors parts experience preferred
