Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Operations Assistant to lead our daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure seamless service delivery. This role involves managing logistics, supervising team members, coordinating customer service efforts, and optimizing operational processes to support our company's growth and reputation. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day air export shipments from booking through departure.

Coordinate with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and trucking providers. Prepare and review export documentation, including AWBs, commercial invoices, and export filings. Ensure compliance with TSA, CBP, and other regulatory requirements.

Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers. Resolve operational issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Freight forwarding experience required. Strong knowledge of air export procedures and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

From $60,000.00 per year
