The ideal candidate will oversee inventory management, parts sales, customer service, and department profitability while ensuring our customers and service technicians have the parts they need to keep equipment operating efficiently. Shaff Implement is a New Holland Agriculture, New Holland Construction, and Versatile dealership , proudly serving farmers, contractors, and commercial customers. In addition to these industry-leading brands, we represent numerous short-line manufacturers offering equipment for tillage, planting, hay, livestock, material handling, and other agricultural applications. Since 1940 , we have been committed to providing quality equipment, dependable parts, and exceptional customer service to the communities we serve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the agriculture industry and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to farmers, producers, contractors, and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department. Maintain accurate inventory levels through purchasing, stocking, and inventory control. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers. Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and sourcing parts. Monitor inventory turnover, obsolescence, and stocking levels to maximize profitability. Supervise, train, and motivate Parts Department staff. Ensure timely ordering and receiving of parts. Maintain accurate records, pricing, and warranty documentation. Work closely with the Service and Sales Departments to support dealership operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, automotive, or truck parts management preferred. Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment parts and inventory systems is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills and experience with dealership management software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Valid driver's license. Preferred Skills Experience with OEM parts systems and electronic parts catalogs. Inventory planning and forecasting. Purchasing and vendor management.
