- CPG We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Supply Chain professional to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume production settings and is ready to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and innovation. Responsibilities Supply Chain Strategy
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and customer demand. Operations Leadership
- Oversee production planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management across multiple facilities. Continuous Improvement
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and strengthen quality. Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks related to suppliers, materials, and production capacity. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to ensure seamless execution. Technology Integration
- Leverage ERP and advanced analytics tools to improve forecasting, resource allocation, and decision-making.
Qualifications 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in CPG manufacturing. Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex global supply chains. Expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, and production planning. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced data analytics. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
