- : •We are hiring a Senior Program Manager - Logistics Startups supporting startup operations for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Pay Type:
Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month- + •
Annual Salary Pay:
$85,000 to $95,000- + •
Annual Bonus:
up to 10% of base salary- + •
Shift & Schedule:
Flexibility needed to support any shift/schedule- + •
Travel:

- This position is responsible for managing group of non inter-related programs aligned to a strategic goal. Ensures programs are managed to compliance and company/customer standards. Manages allocation of internal and external resources to meet implementation demand signal. Provides regular and proactive communications to customers and Ryder Executive Management
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supports business start-ups for large and complex programs Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to assigned staff Develops department goals to maintain optimum efficiency Provides input and performance goals Implements strategic policy when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Monitors post implementation customer expectations and standards Interact with multiple levels including Executive Management within Ryder and client organizations Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors Manages a team of professional level employees.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Eight (8) years or more experience Relevant work experience Five (5) years or more experience Related experience in Project Management Five (5) years or more experience 3-5 years in a Supervisor or Managerial role
- SKILLS
- Project management skills.
KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Project; advanced level.
LICENSES
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (1 Year, required). Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (1 Year, required).
- TRAVEL
- 80-90% \#INDexempt \#LI-RK
