Job Description

Job Summary Midwest Powersports is looking for a Parts Manager to join our team in Seymour, Indiana! We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of our Parts Department.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Parts Department Assist customers with finding the right parts and accessories Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, special orders, and repair orders Work closely with our Sales and Service teams Maintain a clean, organized and efficient parts department Complete warranty claims Support Service Writing activities; taking service appointments, understanding customer complaints, scheduling service techs, etc Build relationships with customers and vendors Help identify opportunities to grow parts and accessory sales Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
What We're Looking For:
Strong organization and attention to detail Dependable and self-motivated Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with computers and inventory systems (LightSpeed DMS is a plus) Ability to lead, problem-solve, and keep things moving Powersports, automotive, dealership, or parts experience preferred At Midwest Powersports, we're a locally owned dealership representing Polaris and Can-Am , and we're continuing to grow.
