You will partner closely with Site Leader and AOS Global Operations Leader to establish the AOS roadmap, align strategic priorities, and enable scalable implementation across functions within the site including but not exclusive to planning, materials, sourcing, and quality. As the key thought leader and change agent, this individual will coach leaders, drive method development and continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes spanning procurement, planning, production, distribution, and logistics to support long-term growth, operational efficiency, and cultural transformation.
