About the PositionCRI is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and inventory operations across our US and Canada functional warehouses and engaged 3PL locations. This role owns day-to-day execution and drives process development and continuous improvement across the supply chain function.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and inventory functions across all US and Canada facilities and 3PL partnersManage and develop direct reporting managers for functional areas, including their direct reportsProvide day-to-day oversight and direction for warehouse and purchasing operationsDesign, implement, and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and accuracyEnsure inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels across all locationsManage relationships and performance of 3PL warehouse partnersPartner with VP of Supply Chain on strategic planning, budgeting, and network designMonitor and report on KPIs for purchasing, warehousing, and logistics performanceEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across facilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support business needsEducation and Experience5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, warehousing, or logistics managementExperience managing managers/multi-site or multi-team operationsExperience working with 3PL partnersStrong process improvement and project management skillsProven ability to lead and develop teamsStrong ERP or WMS experience required; NetSuite experience preferredProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience using Smartsheet for project management, tracking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration preferred.
Client-facing experience with the ability to effectively manage relationships with customers, vendors, and external partners.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Key Competencies/BehaviorsLeadership & Team Development Effectively leads, coaches, and develops managers and team members while fostering accountability, engagement, and high performance.
