They will conduct physical exams, develop care plans, administer medications, interpret diagnostics, manage acute and chronic conditions, assist with procedures, and utilize EMR systems. Telehealth services and participation in pediatric research are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate has several years of pediatric clinical experience, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and expertise in acute care, behavioral health, and diagnostic techniques.
