Powersports Parts Manager Location:
Paintsville, KY Position Type:
Full-Time Job Summary We are a nationally top-ranked dealership for Polaris, Kawasaki, and CFMoto sales, parts, and service. We are seeking a high-performing Powersports Parts Manager to lead our high-volume parts and accessories department. In this role, you will run daily operations, optimize inventory, and drive sales for our lineup of on/off-road motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:
Oversee heavy-volume ordering, receiving, and stocking for Polaris, Kawasaki, and CFMoto parts.
Asset Optimization:
Maximize inventory turns and minimize dead stock through strict cycle counts and return programs.
Team Leadership:
Hire, train, mentor, and schedule a team of parts counter sales professionals.
Sales Growth:
Drive aggressive retail, wholesale, and e-commerce parts, apparel, and accessory goals.
Service Department Support:
Collaborate with our service department to guarantee rapid parts turnaround for technicians. Merchandising Design showroom displays for riding gear, apparel, and popular bolt-on accessories.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2+ years of parts department management experience, ideally in a high-volume powersports dealership.
Brand Expertise:
Familiarity with OEM parts catalogs, ordering portals, and warranty processes.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and electronic parts lookup tools.
Results-Driven:
Proven track record of hitting monthly profitability goals and leading a team to success.
Communication:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
