Strong and clear communication skills, spoken and written. Ability to create professional and accurate written material ( letters, e-mail). Must be organized, thorough and detail oriented. Ability to work with complete accuracy on several projects at the same time. Ability to prioritize tasks, set and meet goals and objectives, track status and keep work organized. Willing and able to perform a wide variety of duties as required by the organization. Ability to work independently to complete assigned and regular tasks with accuracy. Ability to take on responsibility and be accountable for all duties assigned. Reporting, data entry, tracking, filing, projections, etc. must be accurate and complete always. Requires great attention to detail in data entry and verification of PO, incoming invoices, parts required and needs for a project or for production. Tracking of order confirmation, shipment & receipt.

• Enters incoming packing slips and invoices
• Organizes and maintains PO's, invoices and paid bills files.
• Clearly understands the function of inventory in a manufacturing environment. Checks stock levels and investigates any discrepancies.
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely.
