Based in any metropolitan area of a current MedRx Warehouse operation (with multi-location oversight)
Salary:
Starting at $70,000 with structured bonuses Position Overview The Regional Manager at MedRx Logistics provides strategic and operational leadership across all warehouse locations, currently including New Orleans, Jackson, Shreveport, Little Rock, and Memphis/Birmingham. This role ensures that every delivery is completed accurately, safely, and on time while maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and team cohesion. The RM acts as the performance anchor for the entire company, setting measurable standards and driving process improvements that scale as new markets are added. This position also plays a vital role in research and development (R D) efforts — identifying opportunities to automate workflows, optimize delivery logistics, and modernize operational systems through technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Multi-Location Management Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure each location consistently meets delivery accuracy, timeliness, and service quality standards. Implement and maintain daily operational checklists for all warehouse supervisors to confirm completion of key tasks such as delivery confirmations, temperature control checks, vehicle readiness, and end-of-day reconciliation. Review and analyze daily reports to identify trends, gaps, or issues requiring escalation. Provide consistent communication between all warehouse locations to ensure operational alignment and transparency. Ensure every delivery is completed and documented within the required timeframe and that customer expectations are met with exceptional reliability. KPI Tracking and Accountability Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery rate, route efficiency, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores. Leverage analytics to identify underperforming areas, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across all logistics functions. Process, Workflow, and Automation Development Audit and refine workflows to maintain consistency across all facilities. Ensure all staff adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dispatching, tracking, proof-of-delivery documentation, and driver management. Partner with the executive team to research and develop automation initiatives that improve speed, accuracy, and data visibility — including scheduling automation, real-time delivery tracking, and operational reporting. Pilot and evaluate new process improvements or technology tools before deploying them across all locations. Serve as a bridge between operations and technology, providing feedback to enhance software systems and internal applications that improve logistics workflows. Quarterly Performance Reviews & Training Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for each warehouse, reviewing operational metrics, supervisor performance, and overall site efficiency. Immediately follow each review cycle with structured quarterly training sessions to address workflow issues, reinforce company policies, and refresh operational standards. Use insights from performance reviews and daily checklist data to shape training topics and ensure each team maintains operational excellence. Receive the full equivalent salary of that supervisor on top of your own during the coverage period.
Remote Coverage:
Receive half of that supervisor's salary if coverage is handled remotely. Expectations & Outcomes The Regional Manager will ensure: All deliveries are completed with 98%+ on-time accuracy . Daily checklists are completed and verified by supervisors across all locations. Warehouse performance data is reviewed weekly to maintain visibility and accountability. Automation opportunities are continuously identified, tested, and implemented to reduce manual workloads and streamline logistics operations. Each location consistently follows established workflows and compliance procedures. Quarterly performance reviews and follow-up training sessions are conducted to sustain operational excellence company-wide.
