Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Engineering and Technical Advisor (SETA) for Logistics PMO Services at USCYBERCOM, you will be providing expert consultation to senior leadership in J9's Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture, Program Management Office, Sensors Division, focusing on logistics operations, including storage, transportation, and supply chain strategy. This role involves leveraging PMO Product Fielding Support experience to analyze performance metrics, liaise with customers, and develop logistics support plans that ensure cost efficiency while meeting operational targets. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, inventory management, route planning, and resolving logistical issues to maintain a smooth flow of equipment.Key responsibilities:
Provide the fully integrated logistics support infrastructure essential to USCYBERCOM and the Cyber Acquisitions and Technology Directorate (J9) operations worldwide. Identify operational logistics requirements, including cyber planning support, assessments for ongoing cyber operations, contingency planning, mobilization, exercises, real property support, and space management allocation. Aid in the development, integration, and implementation of functional specialties, including transportation, manning, and training. Apply PMO Product Fielding Support experience to ensure smooth fielding of JCHK and related systems across the Services. Develop and manage logistics and supply chain strategies, ensuring alignment with overall mission requirements and operational readiness.Experience:

Leverage PMO Product Fielding Support experience to oversee the seamless fielding and integration ofUSCYBERCOM DCO
assets, including the Joint Cyber Hunt Kits (JCHK), ensuring readiness and operational efficiency.Strategic planning:
Assist in developing and codifying logistics and supply chain strategies to support J9's operational goals and cyber mission objectives.Operations management:
Oversee contractor activities, ensuring optimal stock control, quality assurance, and minimized inventory levels to support mission-critical operations.Supplier and partner relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to negotiate contracts and ensure a steady flow of supplies.Performance analysis:
Analyze logistics performance metrics to assess efficiency and implement improvements that enhance overall operations.Logistics coordination:
Oversee transportation routes, storage capabilities, and facility requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.Problem-solving:
Resolve logistical challenges promptly to minimize disruption to operations and ensure smooth equipment flow.Contracting:
Provide Contracting Officer Representative (COR) support, including contract development and industrial property management.Required qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain risk management, or a related field is often required. At least 15+ years of experience in integrated logistics support or a related field. Proven experience in managing complex PMO operations, including fielding and sustainment of technology systems. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with systems like Defense Logistics Agency systems, Accountable Property Systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is beneficial. TS SCI w/Poly Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
