$18 / hour Job Description Inventory & Kitting Lead ? Winthrop, ME ? $18.00 - $18.70 per hour ? Full-Time | Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM-11:00 AM We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Kitting Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Inventory Control and Kitting cell. This leadership role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering results while Exceeding Expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Inventory Control and Kitting team Perform and monitor inventory cycle counts Schedule work and assign daily tasks Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions Order production supplies to support manufacturing needs Collaborate with Purchasing, Program Management, Accounts Payable, and Operations teams Support production schedules and continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required 3+ years of manufacturing experience focused on inventory control and kitting Previous supervisory experience required Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills Knowledge of bills of materials, engineering change orders, and material flow processes Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
