$25 - $33 per hour Job Details - Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Shipping Manager leading scheduling, logistics, and customer coordination for high-volume production (1M+ parts/week). This is a leadership-focused role driving on-time delivery, process improvements, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead a small team (4-7) across multiple shipping areas Own scheduling, planning, and shipment execution Act as the primary contact for customers on delivery and escalations Partner with production to ensure on-time, accurate shipments Improve shipping processes and routing as operations scale Utilize ERP/logistics systems (PLEX or similar preferred) What We're Looking For High-volume manufacturing experience (automotive preferred) Prior leadership of small teams Strong communicator—customer and internal facing Experience improving shipping/logistics processes Familiarity with ERP/logistics tracking systems A bit about us: - A long-standing, family-owned manufacturer with decades of experience delivers high-quality metal stamping solutions, combining a seasoned team with fully integrated, under-one-roof capabilities from concept through delivery.
