3003329883-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Ryder System is seeking a Senior Director Customer Logistics to lead multi-site logistics and transportation operations for key customers across North America. In this role, you will own strategy and execution for warehousing, distribution, and dedicated transportation, ensuring safety, service, and cost targets are consistently met. You will manage P&L, optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions, and leverage WMS/TMS and data analytics to drive continuous improvement. Partner closely with customer executives and internal teams to design innovative fleet and logistics solutions, lead senior operations leaders, and cultivate Ryder's safety-first, performance-driven culture while mentoring talent for long-term growth. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for multi-site customer logistics and transportation operations across North America Own P&L, budgeting, and financial performance for assigned customer accounts Ensure safety, service quality, and cost targets are consistently met or exceeded Design and optimize end-to-end warehousing, distribution, and dedicated transportation solutions Leverage WMS/TMS and data analytics to drive process improvement and operational excellence Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and performance commitments Lead, mentor, and develop senior operations leaders and their teams Implement Ryder's safety-first, compliance, and quality standards across all sites Collaborate with engineering, IT, and corporate teams to deploy new technologies and capabilities Required Skills Logistics operations management Transportation & fleet management Warehouse management systems (WMS) Transportation management systems (TMS) Data analysis & KPI reporting Budgeting & P&L management Process improvement/Lean Six Sigma Customer relationship management Contract & SLA management Leadership of multi-site teams
