This role works closely with leadership, vendors, and dispensary staff to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. systems, and internal records. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Coordinate product intake and verify deliveries against manifests and invoices. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. Assist with inventory forecasting and purchasing recommendations. Ensure compliance with all Missouri cannabis regulations and company SOPs. Maintain organized, secure inventory storage areas. Train and support team members on inventory procedures. Generate inventory and compliance reports for management. Qualifications Required 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, retail, or supply chain experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to obtain and maintain a Missouri Agent ID Card. Preferred Cannabis industry experience. Experience using METRC. Supervisory or leadership experience. Familiarity with Dutchie POS or similar systems.
