W-2 We are seeking a highly motivated Terminal Manager to oversee day-to-day transportation operations. This role ensures strong driver performance, excellent customer service, and consistent achievement of operational goals for efficiency, reliability, and productivity.

$75,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations using strong computer and organizational skills. Lead and supervise transportation functions to ensure high driver performance. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and customers. Guide, develop, and coach team members to support leadership growth and strong performance. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners. Respond to operational issues and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational accuracy. Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards. Maintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Must be located in or near the Olive Branch, MS area to support on-site operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience managing transportation and warehousing operations. 3+ years of warehouse/logistics leadership experience. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
