Automotive Parts Manager Auto Parts Experience Required 2+ Years' Parts Manager Experience Preferred $50,000 - $70,000 Base Rate with Bonuses and Commission Available Do you have Auto Parts experience and are ready to take your career to the next level? A successful automotive dealership in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the Parts Department's daily operations which includes retail/wholesale sales, ordering parts, shipping/receiving, stocking parts, inventory control, training staff, and more. Auto parts experience is required. 2+ years Parts Manager experience is preferred. and drive your career forward with this great opportunity and join in our success!
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily parts department operations including retail/wholesale sales, ordering parts, shipping/receiving, stocking parts, inventory control, training staff, and more Train and mentor parts counter staff to meet departmental goals and maintain a customer-focused environment Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and sales departments to ensure parts availability Manage parts department budgets, vendor relationships, and warranty parts returns Maintain accurate records and department performance metrics Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts storage and counter area
Requirements:
Auto parts experience is required. 2+ years of parts management experience is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Knowledge of automotive parts inventory management systems Valid driver's license
