The Parts Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, assist customers and technicians, manage inventory, and ensure parts are ordered and available when needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, customer-focused, and able to work well in a team environment . Powersports knowledge or experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with parts and product needs Manage parts inventory and stock levels Order, receive, and organize parts Work closely with the service department and technicians Maintain an organized and efficient parts department Provide excellent customer service Help manage pricing, invoices, and parts sales Communicate with vendors and suppliers Support the overall dealership team Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable and team-oriented Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Powersports, automotive, or mechanical knowledge preferred Previous parts experience is a plus Previous management roll is preferred Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, with the Occasional Saturday once a month Join the U Motors team and be part of a dealership where powersports, customers, and teamwork come together!
