The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Schuyler, NE area.

Responsibilities:

Direct all plant supply chain activities including planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Lead the site S&OP process, balancing demand forecasts with production capacity. Manage master scheduling and MRP processes to ensure material availability and on-time production. Drive inventory optimization, working capital improvements, and storage efficiency initiatives. Oversee sterilization operations, shipping schedules, and service level performance. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Quality, and Procurement teams to improve supply chain performance. Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects across the facility. Lead, coach, and develop supply chain personnel while fostering a strong safety culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or related functions. Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, production planning, inventory control, procurement, warehousing, and transportation operations. Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and execute strategic initiatives. Experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. #JDP
