Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Supply Chain to lead and scale our end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving multi-site procurement strategy, inventory management, warehousing operations, and supplier performance management with standardization. As a key leader in our tech-driven manufacturing business, you will leverage corporate buying power, implement robust metrics and supplier scorecards, and align supply chain execution with business growth goals. You will work cross-functionally with Production Operations, Engineering, New Product Development (NPD), and Sales to build an agile, cost-effective, and resilient supply chain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Leverage Enterprise Buying Power:

Aggregate spend across all manufacturing locations to negotiate advantageous terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with global and regional suppliers.

Supplier Performance Management:

Design and roll out a standardized Supplier Scorecard system to evaluate vendor performance on quality, on-time delivery (OTD), cost, and responsiveness.

Risk Mitigation:

Develop and execute risk-management strategies to safeguard against component shortages, long lead times, and global supply chain disruptions.

Inventory Control & Warehousing Operations Inventory Optimization:

Own enterprise-wide inventory management, balancing high customer fulfillment rates with optimal cash flow and reduced carrying costs.

Multi-Site Warehouse Leadership:

Direct warehousing and material handling operations across all plants; ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and lean warehouse practices are consistently applied.

Accuracy & Audits:

Oversee cycle counting programs, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation processes across all locations.

Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement KPI Implementation:

Establish, track, and report on critical supply chain KPIs, including Inventory Turns, Days Sales of Inventory (DSI), On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and total cost of ownership (TCO).

Process Excellence:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) across procurement, planning, and logistics workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration New Product Development (NPD) &

Engineering:

Partner early in the product lifecycle to ensure manufacturability, evaluate component sourcing options, establish resilient bill of materials (BOM) strategies, and manage end-of-life (EOL) transitions.

Production Operations:

Align materials planning and shop-floor scheduling to meet master production schedules without bottlenecks or excess inventory build-up.

Sales & Business Development:

Collaborate with Sales and S&OP teams to refine demand forecasting, align customer lead times, and support revenue targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience Education:

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.

Experience:

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management within a technology-based manufacturing environment .

Certifications:

Active APICS certification required (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) or willingness to obtain certification within 1 year.

Multi-Site Experience:

Proven track record managing supply chain operations and teams across multiple geographic locations.

Technical Proficiency:

Deep expertise with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/MRP) systems (Epicor Desired) and advanced supply chain analytics tools.

Ability to translate corporate goals into actionable supply chain strategies across dispersed teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
