The ideal candidate is a highly organized supply chain and project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced innovation environment, enjoys leading cross-functional initiatives, and excels at partnering with Marketing, R D, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to successfully bring new products to market.

Pay Range:
$40 - $44 hourly What's the Job? Manage innovation project plans from project kick-off through commercialization, launch execution, and post-launch evaluation. Own and maintain project timelines and networks using project management tools while coordinating activities across Marketing, R D, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. Ensure sourcing sites have the required capacity, capabilities, and readiness to support successful innovation launches and product transitions. Lead project communication, stakeholder alignment, risk assessments, and mitigation planning to ensure on-time and in-full project delivery. Support innovation business cases, capital expenditure requirements, cost savings opportunities, complexity reduction initiatives, and preparation of gate review documentation. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, R D, or a related field. Experience in supply chain, project management, innovation planning, commercialization, engineering, product development, or related business functions. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results. Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, manufacturing operations, capacity planning, risk management, and continuous improvement. Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, supply chain planning tools, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments is highly preferred. What's in it for me?
