We are seeking a skilled and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies for operations. This role ensures that all inventory levels are optimized to support efficient operations while minimizing waste and costs. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, track inventory data, and implement best practices in inventory management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and maintain inventory levels for equipment, cleaning chemicals, spare parts, and supplies Ensure availability of materials required for daily operations and preventative maintenance Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Generate and analyze reports to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings Provide regular inventory updates to the operations and finance teams Develop and manage the inventory budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets Identify opportunities to reduce inventory costs without compromising quality or availability Ensure proper labeling and tracking of all inventory items Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements for inventory storage and handling Train staff on proper inventory handling and safety procedures Work closely with the operations, maintenance, and management teams to forecast inventory needs Support new locations by coordinating initial inventory setup Address inventory-related issues promptly to avoid operational disruptions

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain roles. Experience in the automotive, retail, or service industries is a plus Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. From $70,000.00 per year
