Spun out of [Google] X, Alphabet's Moonshot Factory, we build sensors, software, and AI orchestration tools that give enterprises real-time visibility into multifaceted, global supply chains. We ingest hundreds of millions of datapoints per day. Our job is turning that into actionable insights to help supply chains run smarter — with real monetary & environmental impact at global scale.
We drive measurable outcomes:
significantly increased ROI, reduce waste, lower inventory and logistics costs, enable minimal supply chain disruptions, lower carbon emissions, and faster efficient operations. If you want to work on technology that moves from model to action in the real world, join us! We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to run the physical operation behind the products that transform real-world logistics —food traceability, pharma cold chains, warehouse visibility, inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and global supply chains—and to deliver measurable business outcomes at enterprise scale . You'll oversee Las Vegas fulfillment center end to end: receiving product from our contract manufacturers, managing and reconciling inventory in our ERP, and getting customer orders out accurately and on time. We want someone energized by solving messy physical-world problems—and by making what's in the system match what's actually on the shelf. What You'll do:
  • Manage inbound logistics — receive finished goods and components from suppliers: schedule freight, inspect items against POs/packing slips, and log same-day ERP receipts. Resolve vendor discrepancies with Procurement, and direct RMA processing.
  • Run order fulfillment — own daily pick, pack, and ship against published cutoffs: wave and prioritize standard, expedited, and high-value orders, pick accurately against serialized and lot-tracked stock, choose the right carrier and service level, and produce clean labels, packaging, and export documentation.
  • Own inventory accuracy — stand up and run a cycle count program, own bin/location structure and slotting, maintain item master data, serial/lot tracking, and min/max levels, and chase every variance to root cause instead of adjusting to match.
  • Reconcile into the ERP — reconcile physical inventory to the ERP on a set cadence, lead month-end and annual physical counts, and partner with Finance on adjustments and inventory valuation so the system of record is one people can actually trust.
  • Direct team members and facility operations — hire, schedule, train, and develop the warehouse team; plan labor and capacity around product launches, peaks, and large customer deployments; own safety, equipment certification, housekeeping, site vendors, and supplies.
  • Drive continuous operation all improvement — refine workflows, standardize SOPs, optimize layouts, upgrade packaging, and manage shipping costs to make operations faster, cheaper, and more accurate.
  • Stretch beyond the job description when it helps — you'll run your building on Chorus hardware and software.
When the product gets in your way, tell
Product and Engineering:
you are our most demanding internal customer and our closest source of truth on real-world operations.
What we are looking for:
Must:
  • Typically 5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or logistics operations, including 2 years leading a team.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience owning inventory control : cycle counting, variance root-cause analysis, and reconciliation of physical stock to an ERP or financial system of record.
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP and/or WMS (NetSuite) across receiving, inventory, and fulfillment transactions.
  • Strong understanding of parcel and LTL shipping: carrier services, rate and service-level selection, shipping and export documentation, and claims.
  • Someone who empowers others — you train and trust your team, write down what you know, and are on the floor when it counts.
  • Strong Sheets skills and the instinct to build the report rather than ask for it.
  • On-site in Las Vegas, NV, and authorized to work in the U.
S. Comfortable in a warehouse environment —standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs; pallet jack/forklift certification provided — and able to flex hours for peaks, physical counts, and month-end close.
Our Stack:
Our products combine software, AI, sensors, cloud platforms, and data-driven workflows to solve complicated supply chain challenges. In the fulfillment center that means an ERP and WMS as the system of record, barcode scanning and serialized inventory, multi-carrier shipping and rate shopping across FedEx, UPS, and DHL, and our own Chorus sensors, smart labels, and reader network running live in the building. We work in Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence, and we expect you to use our own visibility tooling daily and tell us where it falls short.
Work Environment:
  • On-site at our Las Vegas fulfillment center. This is a hands-on operations role in a warehouse environment, not a desk job.
  • Opportunity to visit customer sites and see the product in the wild — warehouses, distribution centers, retail — and get firsthand experience with the pain points and interwoven logistics.
Equal Opportunity Employer:
Chorus is committed to building an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive and to creating an environment of mutual respect, collaboration, and equal opportunity for all employees.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
