3008177127-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Brink's, a global leader in secure logistics and cash management, is seeking an experienced ATM Manager to oversee ATM operations within our Transportation & Logistics department. You will manage ATM cash forecasting, replenishment, and secure transportation, while leading field teams and coordinating with financial institution clients. Responsibilities include optimizing route efficiency, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards, resolving service issues, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, logistics, and ATM operations experience, with a commitment to safety, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day ATM operations and cash logistics for Brink's clients, ensuring secure, timely, and reliable service across assigned territories. Manage routing, scheduling, and dispatch of armored transportation teams to support ATM replenishment, first-line maintenance, and cash pick-ups. Monitor ATM performance, cash levels, and service metrics, taking proactive action to minimize downtime, service outages, and emergency calls. Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, drivers, messengers, and technicians, fostering a culture of integrity, safety, and accountability. Collaborate with banking, insurance, and investment clients to understand service needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure strict adherence to security protocols, chain-of-custody procedures, and regulatory requirements related to cash handling and secure logistics. Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, reduce losses, control costs, and drive continuous process improvements within ATM and transportation operations. Coordinate with internal departments, including risk, compliance, finance, and technology, to support audits, investigations, and new service implementations. Manage vendor relationships for ATM servicing, maintenance, and parts, ensuring service levels and contractual obligations are met. Prepare and manage operating budgets, forecasts, and resource plans for the ATM and transportation function, balancing service quality and cost efficiency. Support incident response and investigation for ATM-related security events, service failures, or cash discrepancies, documenting findings and corrective actions. Promote and enforce Brink's safety standards, training requirements, and operational policies to protect employees, customers, and assets.
